Ghostwriting on one platform, with a fixed monthly set of pieces, built on your thinking.
- LinkedIn, X or Substack
- Positioning, reputation, alignment
- 6-month minimum, to build it, show results and check the fit both ways
We turn leaders into names people buy into, with organic content that brings in sales, investors and talent. You bring the thinking and approve every word; once it’s running, that’s about 1–2 hours on a couple days a month [sometimes only once]. Built to put your name in the right rooms, not in everyone’s feed.
Start with a Voice Read: send your last 3 posts to hi@glassofberries.com, and we’ll return a one-page read on what they say you’re known for and where your voice gets lost. Pro bono, no pitch.
Glass of Berries started with this one line. Incredible people, deep experts and leaders whose work is hard to explain often struggle the most to be understood. We design the representation they deserve.
Who you are, where you fit, and how to bring the best out of you. The right placement creates leverage.
Your image is already in motion. We honor it with precision, depth, and obsession.
Likes don’t disrupt a market. Being memorable for who you are does.
Michael Hunter is a senior engineer turned leadership coach: founder of Uncommon Teams, author of The Resilient Tech Leader, and host of the Uncommon Leadership podcast, after decades in software at Microsoft, Tableau and Salesforce. For about two years, Glass of Berries ran his show end to end and built the brand system around it.
“My book + prospecting + podcast production + social + newsletter is too much. I want to focus on creating primary content and let others convert that into everything else.”
| Channel | Starting point |
|---|---|
| YouTube | 3 subscribers, 14 views |

| His time | About 8 hours per episode, a full weekend |
“If you want someone who is going to take your podcast recording, your marketing collateral, and run it through the same template every single time, then maybe just get AI. But if you want a team who will take that and start with what you’re thinking and then help you think bigger, broader, more everything … then Glass of Berries is the team for you.”

“I was spending about eight hours an episode … pretty much an entire weekend of work for every episode. I was thinking maybe I don’t want to do this anymore.”
“Newsletters came out every week with a new podcast episode. Videos went out on my podcast channel on YouTube, and it all just worked.”
“When I saw, from the very first, how much better the work Glass of Berries was doing … I knew that was gonna help with all of the visibility and viewership.”
From recommendations on LinkedIn.
I have worked with Navanil on various projects over the last three years, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking marketing services that not only offer value-added consultation but also provide well-thought-out strategies and end-to-end, seamless execution capabilities.
Amazing ghostwriter. I have worked with him many times and he is one of the rare ones who really gets my tone.
Navanil was nothing short of exceptional in every aspect of his work. He brought a wealth of knowledge, demonstrating a deep understanding of social media dynamics and trends, and his passion for the project was palpable.
Most of my work runs under clients’ names, so each is described by sector, stage and seniority rather than named. Some were direct engagements and some came through agencies and partners. References and redacted work are available on request.
Most of the work happens without you. We ask for your thinking, not your hours.

For leaders with their own content team. We build your voice into an AI writing system they run, then hand it over.

The show behind Michael’s results, end to end.
6+ years in creative marketing as a ghostwriter, content lead, creative strategist and marketing consultant, mostly freelance and often all at once. Most of that work went out under other people’s names. Glass of Berries is where it comes together, based in Mumbai and partnering with leaders worldwide.
Handing over your voice is a real decision. These are the questions we hear most, answered plainly.
No. We never take over your account. Posts go out through standard scheduling tools, and only after your sign-off. Your account stays yours.
You do, or the person you name: usually your marketing or creative lead, who becomes our day-to-day point of contact. Nothing is published until one of you signs off.
Like you. Our work is closer to craft than to templates: we interview you, keep a guide to how you think and speak, and learn from every edit you make. Some pieces get smoothed out so they’re easier to read, but the point is to represent you, not to push you into the same feed as everyone else.
If you find yourself rewriting the ideas rather than the odd word, we’ve got it wrong, and we want to hear it.
AI helps us brainstorm and draft the structure. Every line is shaped and approved by a person.
You do. We write; you shake hands. The replies and DMs stay yours, because that’s where the relationships are. We help you build the community around you: who’s worth talking to, and which conversations deserve your time.
A small number, on purpose. We don’t sell quantity-based, mass-produced content, so hundreds of accounts were never the plan.
Once it’s running, about 1–2 hours on a couple days a month [sometimes only once]. That’s Michael’s experience above. Early on it takes a little more, while we learn how you think.
What matters to the business, not vanity numbers: whether the right people (buyers, investors, hires and peers) are finding you, the conversations and invitations that follow, speaking slots, and what the data shows each month. We agree the measures with you during onboarding.
We don’t promise virality, and we don’t guarantee leads.
Six months is what it takes to build this properly, give it time to show results, and find out whether we’re aligned on what you expect. That’s why it’s our minimum term. The first month is mostly us learning you.
Because the work isn’t volume, and the setup takes real time on our side too. If the budget doesn’t fit, we’d rather change the structure than the quality, for example, a system your own people can run.
Yes. We can work alongside your marketing team, and they’re welcome in the ideation sessions. If you’d rather own it in-house from the start, that’s what the Voice System is for.
Everything you publish is yours. The files behind it (the voice guide, interview notes, briefs, prompts and drafts you didn’t approve) stay with us; they’re how we do the work. If you want to own the whole setup, that’s the Voice System: we build it for your team and hand it over.
Yes. Start with this page. Then send us your last 3 posts, and we’ll return a one-page read on what they say you’re known for and where your voice gets lost. Pro bono, no pitch. You get to judge how well we read you before anyone writes a word as you.
Send a line about what you’re building and who you want to reach. We reply within one working day.
